Processing and Dispatch
We are committed to processing and dispatching your order quickly and efficiently.
- Order Cut-off Time: For orders placed and confirmed before 6:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, GST) on a business day, we guarantee dispatch on the next business day.
 - Orders after 6:00 PM: Orders received after the 6:00 PM cut-off time will be processed the following business day and dispatched the day after.
- Business Days: Our business days are generally Saturday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Complimentary Delivery Service Across the UAE
We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We also offer Cash on Delivery as a free of charge service for your convenience. There are no additional fees associated with using the COD payment method.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Dubai: 1 Business Day
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: 2 Business Days
Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujeirah, UAQ): 2–3 Business Days
