What are your shipping methods and costs? We offer FREE Delivery on all orders across the entire UAE using trusted local couriers. We do not charge shipping fees.
How fast will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed and dispatched the next business day.

• Dubai: 1 Business Day

• Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: 2 Business Days

• Other Emirates: 2–3 Business Days

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Please follow us on social media for updates as we plan to expand our shipping destinations soon!

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure payment options, including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): This is a complimentary service (free of charge).

• Credit/Debit Cards: (Visa, Mastercard)

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

• Buy Now, Pay Later: Tabby and Tamara (Split Payments)

All payments are processed securely and encrypted for your safety.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) free? Yes! We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) completely free of charge with no hidden fees for this service.

 

Orders, Returns, and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item? We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Simply contact us at Ads@bueno.ae or on WhatsApp, and we will arrange for a driver to pick up the item from your location at no cost to you.
Do you offer refunds? Yes, we offer full refunds for eligible items returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Are there any non-returnable items? Yes, unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Certain personal care goods or custom products may also be exempt. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
How can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us immediately ads@bueno.ae or via WhatsApp (+971 544 562727). We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before the order is processed for next-day dispatch.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your Bueno.ae account.
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes tracking orders and managing returns much easier.
